Rega

Designer and manufacturer of hi-fi amplifiers, preamplifiers, cd players and other audio equipment.

Alongside Linn’s Ivor Tiefunbrun and Julian Vereker of Naim, Rega’s Roy Gandy is a pioneer of the modern British hi-fi scene. An engineering company that adheres to the adage, “form follows function,” and one that strives to make its products as affordable as possible, Rega operates from a state-of-the-art facility with 55 employees — but has no marketing department. Rega doesn’t create value by manufacturing in Asia, but is proud to work with local suppliers to source any parts not made at headquarters. For Roy Gandy a hi-fi is a tool, and nothing more, designed to play music.
